Commander Upgrade Instructions

Did you know you can upgrade the software of your Atlas Commander (Item # 330) to include Consisting and Functions 3 &4! That's right, now you can have even more control when operating your layout. You've asked for this functionality, and you've got it! This is great news because our new HandCommand walk-around throttle (Item #331) already supports Consisting and Functions 3 &4!

Here's how to upgrade:

(1) Send your Commander to Atlas and we will do the upgrade for you. Cost: $20 plus $3.00 shipping and handling (per Commander). Note: If Atlas updates the software, the original Commander warranty is still valid.

Or.....

(2) We send you the updated micro-chips to replace. Cost: $10.00 (per each micro) plus $2.00 shipping and handling (regardless of how many you order, the shipping charge remains the same.) Note: Although it is very easy to install the micro with the instructions provided, doing so will void the original warranty of the Commander..
