Hands Across the Water

Atlas Vice-President of Sales, Joe Kolnoski, left, recently welcomed Sandy and Tina Pastor, owners of AMRI Distributors, Australia, to Atlas headquarters in Hillside, New Jersey. Opening the door is Bob Lawrence, Atlas’ O Scale National Sales Manager, and Dawn Carey, Distributor/Customer Service Representative. The couple toured Atlas’ facilities, met many staff members, and attended a Marketing Department meeting, offering their insights into the Australian hobby market.

The Pastors, Atlas’ newest distributor, began their journey in Nuremburg, Germany, where they attended the annual Nuremburg International Toy Show. While visiting Atlas, they stayed in nearby New York City, where they enjoyed the sites.

“The Pastors enjoy traveling and are quite adventurous,” Joe said. “They hopped on a subway without a map just to see where they would wind up!” We’re happy to report the Pastors survived that experience and are safely back in their home country.
