2008 Dodge® Charger: The newest releases from Masterpiece are based on the 2008 Dodge Charger R/T and the 2008 Dodge Charger Police Car. They are fully licensed and approved by Chrysler LLC and are the most accurate replicas of the prototype offered in HO scale. Even the special wide Continental tires fitted to the real cars have been reproduced on the model.

The R/T comes equipped with the 390-horsepower, 5.7-liter HEMI® V8 and a five-speed Auto-Stick transmission that give the Charger a 0-60 time of 6.1 seconds and a top speed of more than twice the typical highway limit. Not bad at all for a family-sized 4-door sedan with leather seats and automatic climate control. The Masterpiece model comes in your choice of Inferno Red, Bright Silver or Brilliant Black.

The Charger Police model is based on the car that blew away the competition in testing conducted by the Michigan State Police. With 0-100 time more than seven seconds ahead of the pack and a measured top speed of 148 miles per hour, the Charger is the hottest standard pursuit vehicle on the market. The real 2008 Charger Police Car is available only to law enforcement and government agencies, but your favorite hobby retailer can get the HO model from Atlas.

The Masterpiece Michigan State Police car is based on an actual slick-top Charger patrol vehicle in service with the MSP. It's painted to match the MSP's distinctive blue and prototypical details include the unique hood-mounted "hailer" that has become a traditional part of the force's patrol vehicle equipment. Also included are the dual mirror-mounted flashers, the Setina push bar and matte-black spotlight shells.

Masterpiece's replica of the Texas Highway Patrol Charger is authorized by the Texas Department of Public Safety. The model features the traditional DPS "skunk" paint scheme and is equipped with a Whelen Edge light bar like those on the real vehicles.
